What is NAD+?
NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme found in every cell of the body and is involved in many of the cell's processes. NAD+ supplementation has been shown to slow the aging process, restore neurological function, improve mental clarity and improve overall health.
How We use HBOT
At the Neuroregenerative Institute at South Florida Injury we use HBOT to treat traumatic brain injury (TBI). We start with weekly infusions that take anywhere from 1-4 hours based on how well patients tolerate the NAD+. Treatments will then be personalized based on the patient's symptomatic relief of:
- Improving attention, memory and concentration
- Improving mood/depression
- Improving light/sound sensitivities
- Improve sleep
- Improve headaches
- Improve fatigue and increase energy levels
