Board Certified in Emergency Medicine With over 10 years of experience in the field of Emergency Medicine, Dr. H.B. White has the expertise and experience needed to provide his patients with the comprehensive care they need. Dr. White is a long-time resident of Manatee County. He graduated from Manatee High School in Bradenton. He attended the University of South Florida for his undergraduate as well as the USF College of Medicine. He completed his training in Emergency Medicine at Florida Hospital in east Orlando.
John J. Deal, PA-C
Physician Assistant (MPAs, PA-C) Born and raised in Sarasota, Florida. Enlisted in the United States Navy and served as a navy corpsman in various capacities to include: hospital staff, X-ray technician, ship’s company as the ship’s independent duty corpsman, and with the USMC as a fleet marine force corpsman. During my time as a corpsman, I continued my education and was accepted into the IPAP (inter-service physician assistant program), from which I graduated with high honors and was commissioned as an Ensign. I served the remainder of my time working in the emergency department as a Physician Assistant. During my course of service, I was part of Operation Iraqi Freedom where I was assigned to a shock trauma platoon during the beginning stages of the war. After leaving military service, I moved back to the Sarasota/Bradenton area and have worked at several different emergency departments. I have also worked in sports medicine/arthritis clinic as well. My Education includes undergraduate and graduate studies at both the University of Florida and the University of Nebraska, achieving a Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant Studies as well as Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies with a concentration in Emergency Medicine. My true love is my family. We enjoy outdoor adventures and spending time together.
Melissa Morse, PA-C
Physician Assistant (MPAs, PA-C) Melissa is a board-certified physician assistant specializing in Emergency Medicine. She grew up in Sarasota, FL, before attending the University of Florida where she received a Bachelor of Science in Advertising and a minor in Business Administration. She then went on to be accepted to the University of Florida School of Physician Assistant Studies in the College of Medicine where she earned her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies in 2012. She has been practicing in Emergency Medicine and Urgent Care Medicine for the past 8 years. Melissa is a member of the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants, along with the Society of Emergency Medicine Physician Assistants. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
